Miscreant Seeds was formed as a tribute after the passing of John Grabski III to perform the songs written by John for Teeth’s album, The Strain. Teeth had been slated to be the headlining act on the final day of PRFBBQ2012, but sadly John lost his battle with cancer on March 9, 2012.
The line up was Ben Grabski (Teeth), Brent Mix (Teeth/The Heavy Bombers), joined by Chris Besinger (STNNNG), Jeff Fox (Empire State Troopers), Brian Pennington (Radiant Republic) and Liz Bustamante (noise&light). Heather Loves Silkworm, a band made up of members of Police Teeth and Maple Stave, perform the songs of Silkworm live at PRFBBQ2012 which took place on Sunday, July 1st, 2012 at Helium in Chicago, Illinois. Joined throughout the set are Steve V from the bands Blacks and Pink City, John Hastie from the band Nonagaon, and Eliza from Book-Burners.
